The Cottonwood Lions Club has been serving the Cottonwood, Arizona, area for more than fifty years (Chartered 03/22/1950). Our main focus of service is to provide assistance to residents of our community who cannot afford to get professional services to improve their sight including vision screening students in our local schools. We also have participated over the years in many community improvement projects--such as the Lions Park in Old Town Cottonwood, the Old Chamber of Commerce building at the junction of highway 89A and highway 260, free flags to first graders annually, the mural at Mingus and Main, and many trees planted on Arbor Day over the years by the City of Cottonwood.
